Two supplement buyers asking for bulk matcha can need completely different material. A stick pack dissolved in water and a compressed tablet have different requirements for particle size, flow, and moisture. Tell us the dosage format first and the sample route narrows immediately.

What to specify before a trial run
These are the items that most often cause a second sample round when they are left open in the first enquiry.
Capsule, tablet, stick pack, scoop tub, or bulk blend. Each has a different tolerance for particle size and compaction.
Matcha as the single active behaves very differently from matcha at 3 percent in a greens blend.
Stone-milled matcha is fine by nature. If your process needs a defined range, state it rather than assuming a default.
Micro, heavy metals, pesticide residue: name the panel and the limits your market requires.
The permitted claim set and required documentation differ by market. This changes the supplier route, not just the paperwork.
A one-off trial and a quarterly repeat order are different conversations for lead time and batch consistency.

Specification summaries, batch quality summaries, and testing references where available for the confirmed lot.

Additional testing can be discussed for qualified commercial projects where the panel and limits are defined in advance.

Organic, FSSC 22000, FDA-registered facility, halal and kosher routes depend on the selected product, supplier route, and destination market. We describe the route and confirm scope rather than claiming coverage across the range.
Material
What the powder actually is
InMatcha supplies China-grown matcha from high-altitude, shade-cultivated gardens, stone-milled to a fine powder. For supplement work the relevant properties are usually fineness, colour stability, and consistency between batches rather than whisked foam or latte performance, so the sample route we suggest for a co-packer looks different from the one we suggest for a cafe.
Matcha is agricultural. Where consistency is critical, plan retained samples and confirm the lot at order stage.
Colour drift over shelf life is driven by heat, light, oxygen, and your pack. Test in the finished format.
Other actives can shift taste and colour more than the matcha grade does. Test the finished blend, not the input.

Supplement sourcing questions
The more of your specification arrives with the first enquiry, the fewer sample rounds it takes.
Can you supply a COA before I order?
Batch quality summaries and testing references are available where the batch exists and has been tested. A COA for a future, unproduced batch is not something any honest supplier can provide in advance.
Do you offer a defined particle size range?
Tell us the range your process needs and we will confirm what the available routes can meet rather than quoting a general figure.
Can you support organic supplement claims?
Organic routes may be available depending on the selected product and destination market. Scope is confirmed against the certificate and batch before any label claim is made.
What volumes do you work with?
Sampling comes first. Commercial discussion generally starts from 20 kg and up, with packaging from 250 g up to 20 kg formats.
