How it works

The price is the price. Freight, customs clearance and duties are included. Nothing to pay when the parcel arrives, and no invoice from a courier three weeks later.

About two weeks. Orders ship from Shanghai. That is the honest number rather than a flattering one.

1 kg resealable foil bags. Unopened shelf life is twelve months. Once opened, reseal it and keep it out of the light — what spoils matcha is air and light, not the calendar.

Buying more than 12 kg? Don’t order here. The trade price is lower and it comes with a Certificate of Analysis for the batch. Tell us what you need and you will have the list the same day.

Which grade

Hot and iced lattes, or whisked straight — IMG-EU03. It is the one that stays green through oat and dairy instead of going grey.

Iced drinks, milk tea, fruit matcha, bubble tea — IMG-EU04. Fuller tea body, so it still tastes of tea under syrup and ice.

Ice cream, mousse, no-bake fillings, tiramisù — IMG-EU05. Cold work only; baked, matcha turns yellow-brown.

High volume, sweetened drinks — IMG-EU06. Where cost per cup matters more than finesse.
