Description
Our top grade, and the one most cafes end up on. Shade-grown and stone-milled in Guizhou, southwest China, then blended to a fixed formula against retained reference samples, so the spec holds batch to batch.
For lattes: 4–5 g per 500 ml, water under 80 °C — never boiling — and dissolve it fully in water before the milk goes in. Boiling water is the usual reason a good matcha gets written off as bitter.
Whisked straight: sift first, 2 g to 60 ml at 70–75 °C.
Delivered DDP to your door anywhere we ship in the EU — freight, customs clearance and duties are included in the price, and there is nothing to pay on arrival. Allow about two weeks.
1 kg resealable foil bag. Unopened shelf life is twelve months; once opened, reseal it and keep it out of the light and it holds up well.
Buying 12 kg or more in one shipment? The trade price is lower. Ask and you will have the list the same day.
