Terms and conditions
Terms for using this site and requesting samples.
This website is an information and enquiry tool for commercial matcha buyers. It is not a shop, and nothing on it is a binding offer. Actual supply terms are agreed in writing per order.

Short answer
The website informs. The order confirmation governs.
Grade descriptions, application guidance, and documentation routes shown here are for sourcing discussion. Specifications, certifications, price, MOQ, and lead time become binding only when confirmed in an order document for a specific batch.
Scope
Who these terms are for
This site is intended for businesses: cafes, beverage brands, food manufacturers, private label brands, importers, and distributors. It is not intended for consumer retail purchases, and we do not sell to consumers through this website.
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. Enquiries are invitations to discuss supply.
Any figure mentioned in guidance content is indicative only. Quoted prices are given per enquiry and are time limited.
By submitting an enquiry you confirm you are acting for a business, not as a consumer.
Samples
How samples work
Samples are provided so you can test matcha in your real application before committing to a larger order. A sample represents the route it was drawn from; it does not guarantee that every future batch will be identical, because agricultural product varies by harvest.
Buyers are responsible for testing suitability in their own recipe, process, and market before ordering.
Where consistency matters, confirm the specific batch and retain a reference sample at order stage.
Sample handling and shipping arrangements are agreed per enquiry.
Documentation
Claims, certification, and compliance
Certification and documentation availability depends on the selected product, supplier route, certification scope, destination market, and confirmed batch. We describe document routes rather than making blanket claims, and we ask buyers to state their requirements before sampling.
You remain responsible for compliance in your destination market, including labelling, permitted claims, and import requirements.
Compliance guidance on this site is general information, not legal or regulatory advice.
Any certification relied on commercially should be confirmed in writing for the batch you are buying.
Site use

Is the information guaranteed accurate?
We keep guidance current, but sourcing content is general. We do not accept liability for commercial decisions taken solely on the basis of website content.
What governs an actual order?
