This is the grade for anything that stays cold: ice cream and gelato, mousse, buttercream, no-bake cheesecake, tiramisù, frostings.
One thing to know before you order: it is not an oven grade. Baked, matcha turns yellow-brown — that is true of culinary matcha generally, not just ours. A heat-stable range is on the way and we will say so here when it lands.
Use: sift it, dissolve in a little liquid first, and keep it away from heat.
Delivered DDP to your door anywhere we ship in the EU — freight, customs clearance and duties are included in the price, and there is nothing to pay on arrival. Allow about two weeks.
1 kg resealable foil bag. Unopened shelf life is twelve months; once opened, reseal it and keep it out of the light and it holds up well.
