Sets & Accessories

The tools that decide whether your matcha comes out smooth or lumpy, plus sets for people starting from zero and for people who want to taste before they commit.A hand-cut bamboo chasen does something a spoon or a milk frother cannot: the fine prongs break clumps apart and pull air into the bowl at the same time. A fine sifter is the step most people skip and shouldn’t. Our Starter Set bundles both with a chawan, a scoop, a whisk stand and a 30 g tin of ceremonial grade so nothing is missing on day one, and the Discovery Set puts all three grades side by side with a tasting card.
